The ROPE Trainer™ allows players to fire the throwing muscles in the right sequence for injury free throwing. Baseball players use the entire body in the pitching sequence, beginning with the lower extremities and moving to the trunk, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and then hand. Any misstep at any point in this throwing sequence will usually affect the end result. The ROPE Trainer™ helps players develop consistent accuracy by providing repetition of the coordinated full-speed throwing motion. The visual and tactile feedback provided by The ROPE Trainer™ allows a player or coach to monitor their delivery, from the initial throwing steps (winding up and cocking), through acceleration, to the finish (deceleration) and follow through.
